Do you offer mobile home financing?

What do parks check before they approve a buyer?
Parks check background, credit, verified income and past evictions. Do not apply if you do not meet a park's requirements: application fees are non-refundable, so check with the park first.
Who answers questions about park rules?
The park office. Every park is its own business with its own rules and bylaws, so buyers call the park directly to confirm them.
